We are launching our new online booking system on 1st April 2023!
Our current booking officer will be retiring after decades of service to the village hall. We would like to express our gratitude for her dedication and commitment to the village hall for so many years and hope she enjoys her retirement.

If you have a booking in 2023 we ask that you log onto our website, after the launch date, to check that your booking information has been transferred over correctly. Please get in touch in you notice any errors and we will sort it out for you.
Our new online booking system will send out confirmation emails and invoices. If you know you haven’t given an email address when making your booking then please get in contact so we can add it onto the new booking system.
The online booking system will be embedded into our website and it will allow you to check availability online. You will also be able to make your own bookings which should make it easier when organising your events. Bookings can still be made via phone or email if you prefer.
We anticipate that the transition over to the new system will be smooth however there may be an initial adjustment period.
